Carl Thomas Estep
Carl Thomas Estep (March 25, 1949 - August 16, 1996) attended Friendship Elementary School and Southern Senior High School; graduating in 1968. He saw the need for a higher level of Education so he was inspired to enroll in Bowie State University, Bowie, MD. After completing the necessary requirements at Bowie, he became employed by the D.C. Government. He remained in its employ until his illness caused him to retire. He was formerly married to Karen R. Collins. Of this union they were blessed with two lovely daughters; Carla R. Estep of Pensacola, FL and Erica E. Estep of Lothian Md.
