Phyllis Ann Sumler
Phyllis Ann is the fourth child born to Joseph Sylvester and Maggie "Lavinia". Phyllis married Adrean W. Waters (4/4/1953 - 4/7/87) and they had two girls Adrianne Waters born 12/15/1975 and Stacy Brooks born 3/12/1972. Phyllis later married Carl Sumler.
